These are the softest pants my little guy owns, and the fabric has held up through countless washes without pilling. He crawls around the living room in them all day and never once seems uncomfortable.

The waistband is stretchy enough that they don't dig in during naps, and the fabric stayed soft after three washes. My little one basically lives in these at home now.

These survived a full day of crawling, snack time and a diaper change without stretching out at the waist. The material stayed soft after the first wash too, no pilling at all.
