The little wooden bits are smooth enough that I don't worry when my son gnaws on it during walks. Clips onto the stroller bar fine and hasn't slipped off once on bumpy sidewalks.

The little wooden bits are smooth with no rough edges, and it clips onto the stroller bar in seconds. My daughter bats at it the whole walk and it's held up fine through teething and rain.
